1. Service Cancellations & Replacements
We offer service rescheduling, correction, or refund only in genuine cases where the service provided is incomplete, incorrect, or affected due to our fault.

- Clear photos/videos (if applicable)
- Description of the issue
After verification, we may offer service correction, rescheduling, or refund, depending on the case.
β Requests raised after 24 hours of service completion will not be accepted.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered only in the following cases:
- Service was cancelled by UP 20 Car Studio
- Advance payment was taken, but service could not be provided
- Duplicate or excess payment made by the customer
Refunds are NOT applicable for:
- Change of mind after service completion
- Dissatisfaction due to vehicle condition or expectations not aligned with service scope
- Services already completed or partially completed
- Delays caused by customer unavailability or vehicle condition
- Promotional or discounted services
- Products once installed, opened, or used
3. Advance Payment Policy
Certain services may require an advance payment to confirm the booking.
- Advance payment is refundable only if the service is cancelled by UP 20 Car Studio before commencement
- If the customer cancels after booking confirmation, the advance may be non-refundable
- No refund will be issued once the service has started
This policy helps us manage genuine bookings and operational costs.

4. Refund Timeline
If a refund is approved:
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 7β10 working days
