1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
During high-volume periods or promotional offers, processing time may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Partners

We use trusted courier and logistics partners to ensure secure delivery, including:

Shiprocket (with multiple courier options based on location)

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS / WhatsApp / Email.

3. Delivery Timeframe

Standard delivery time: 3–7 working days, depending on location.
Remote or interior locations may require 1–2 additional working days.
Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen logistical issues.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment.
Free shipping offers, if available, will be applied automatically based on promotions or order value.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

A tracking ID
A courier tracking link via SMS / WhatsApp / Email

If you have an account on our website, you can also track your order from the “My Orders” section.

6. Delivery Delays or Issues

If your order is delayed or not delivered within the expected timeframe:

Contact us with your Order ID
Our team will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue

7. Undelivered / Refused Orders

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

If a COD order is refused at the time of delivery, future COD orders may be restricted or disabled.

Prepaid Orders

If a prepaid order is returned due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address
Unreachable or incorrect contact number

Shipping charges will not be refunded.

8. Service Coverage

We currently deliver PAN India.
International shipping is not available at this time.

In the event of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Lockdowns
Courier strikes
Government restrictions
